Resting Silo System Completely Renewed in Sudan

At an active pasta factory producing on European-made lines, the pre-packaging resting silo system was renewed together with its elevator and belts.

In this project our customer was not a producer who had bought a line from us: it is an operating pasta factory producing on European-made lines. The pre-packaging resting silos had reached the end of their service life and the existing capacity no longer met production needs.

We renewed the system completely: 4 cells × 16 m³, a total of 64 m³ of resting silo capacity, an elevator, silo belts and discharge shakers. The system runs fully automatically with Siemens automation.

This project is an example of the fact that, alongside turnkey factory installations from scratch, we also carry out equipment renewal and capacity increase work in existing factories. Modernisation of the drying system, resting silo, elevator and automation can be handled as an independent project — the brand of your line does not matter.
