Turnkey Pasta Factory Installations in 18 Countries Since 2007

Since 2007 Talia Makina has completed turnkey pasta factory installations in 18 countries. The 42 lines built at our Gaziantep production base are in operation today across four regions, from Africa to Central Asia. You can reach each country's project page below.

Not Only Complete Lines: Equipment Renewal and Capacity Increase

Alongside turnkey factory installations from scratch, Talia Makina also carries out equipment renewal and capacity increase projects in existing factories. In Sudan and Libya the resting silo systems of factories producing on European-made lines were completely renewed; in Bangladesh a brand-new drying system was integrated into an existing press.

In which countries has Talia Makina installed pasta production lines?

Since 2007 we have completed turnkey pasta factory installations in 18 countries: Türkiye, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Syria, Algeria, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Madagascar, together with the silo renewal projects in Sudan and Libya. How many lines have been installed and what is your capacity range?

We have installed 42 lines to date. Our single-line capacities range from 500 kg/h up to 6,000 kg/h; project capacity is determined together with you according to market demand.

Which is your longest-running installation?

The 500 kg/h short-cut line in Kyrgyzstan has been in production since 2008, for 18 years. The Ukraine 2013 and Uzbekistan 2014 installations are also still running today; support continues even though their warranty periods ended years ago.

Should a company that owns a flour mill invest in a pasta line?

For millers whose raw material is already in place, pasta is a strong value-added step. The integrated plant planned from scratch together with a mill in Russia, a flour producer's 2,750 kg/h investment in Uzbekistan and a milling group's 3,000 + 1,000 kg/h installation in Kazakhstan are examples of this model.

Can a manufacturer using Italian or European lines add a Talia line?

Yes; this is a recurring pattern in our references. A 3,000 kg/h single line next to Italian lines in Türkiye, a capacity increase line in Madagascar, a drying system integrated into an existing press in Bangladesh and an Italian-line manufacturer's 2,000 kg/h spaghetti investment in Kazakhstan were all installed this way.

Do you carry out equipment renewal in existing factories?

Yes. In Sudan (2025) and Libya (2024) the resting silo systems of active pasta factories were completely renewed together with their elevators and belts. Drying system, silo, elevator and automation modernisation is carried out as an independent project; you do not need to own a Talia line.

I want to build a pasta factory from scratch; how does the process work?

In the turnkey model, project design, manufacturing, site installation, commissioning and operator training are handled from a single source. The Kyrgyzstan (2008), Syria (2011), Georgia (2021) and Ethiopia (2024-2025) projects were carried out with investors entering the sector from scratch. What are your warranty and after-sales support conditions?

Our lines are delivered with a 24-month standard warranty. Spare parts and remote support continue after the warranty as well; in distant geographies such as Madagascar, spare-part needs are met quickly by air freight.

Which of your projects are currently under installation?

The second short-cut line (500 kg/h) of the third factory in Uzbekistan and the 2,000 kg/h spaghetti line in Cameroon will be commissioned in September 2026. In Ethiopia the 800 kg/h short-cut line will be running in November 2026, while the 1,500 kg/h spaghetti line and the 2,000 kg/h spaghetti line in Kazakhstan will be in operation towards the end of 2026; in Bangladesh the installation of the 1,000 kg/h instant noodle line continues.
