Second Short-Cut Line Commissioned in Turkmenistan

The second short-cut line of the multi-sector group that entered the sector with a double line in 2022 has started production; the plant has reached a total capacity of 1,800 kg/h.

Our customer is one of Turkmenistan's well-established multi-sector groups. It entered the pasta sector with a double line in 2022: a 600 kg/h short-cut line and a 600 kg/h spaghetti line were installed within the same project. This allowed the company to enter the market with a broad product range and ready distribution power from day one.

Following its success in the market, the group commissioned a second short-cut line in 2024. Short-cut capacity doubled and the plant total reached 1,800 kg/h.

Adding a line to an existing factory later on is possible without stopping production when the layout and infrastructure planning are done correctly. This project is a typical example of the two-stage investment model.
