This Information Notice has been prepared by Talia Makina ve Gıda Maddeleri San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Talia Makina”), as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data We Process
The following personal data may be processed through our website, contact and quotation forms, e-mail and WhatsApp correspondence, trade fairs and visits to our facility:
- Identity data: name, surname.
- Contact data: phone number, e-mail address, address.
- Request/transaction data: company name, job title, country, requested capacity and product information, message content.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie records.
- Visual records: security camera footage if you visit our facility.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,
- Preparing technical quotations and providing sales, installation and after-sales support services,
- Carrying out contract, export, customs and shipping processes,
- Improving and securing the website and statistical analysis,
- Ensuring the security of our facility and visitors,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected through the channels listed above, electronically or physically, by automated or partially automated means.
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, necessary for legitimate interests and, where required, based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, within Türkiye or abroad and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to legally authorised public authorities, our hosting, e-mail and IT infrastructure providers, customs brokerage, logistics, accounting and legal service providers, and our business partners. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; when this period expires or the reasons for processing no longer exist, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
You may submit your requests by completing the KVKK Application Form (in Turkish) and sending it with a wet signature to our company address in person or through a notary public, or with a secure electronic signature to our registered e-mail address taliamakina@hs02.kep.tr. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
